1. Using PartsPeek
PartsPeek provides an online service for finding and purchasing replacement appliance parts. By using PartsPeek, you agree to use the service lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the service or other customers' use of it.
2. Product information
PartsPeek displays product information such as product names, part numbers, availability, prices, ratings, reviews, and other available product details. Product information may change over time and may depend on information received from the applicable product source or retailer.
3. Appliance and part compatibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing available product information and confirming that a part is appropriate for their appliance before installation. When compatibility is uncertain, use the available model and part information and contact PartsPeek for assistance.
4. Orders and payment
Customers are responsible for providing accurate checkout information. Orders are subject to the order and payment processes presented during checkout. Payment processing is handled through the applicable payment provider.
5. Pricing and availability
Product pricing and availability can change. The applicable information shown during the PartsPeek purchasing process governs the order presented for checkout, subject to the service's applicable order-processing rules.
6. Returns and refunds
Customers should use the PartsPeek Returns & Refunds process when they need help with a return, refund, damaged item, wrong part, defective item, fit issue, or another order problem. Submission of a request does not by itself guarantee approval. Requests are reviewed based on the applicable circumstances and PartsPeek's return process.
7. Customer accounts
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate access to their PartsPeek account and for providing accurate information when using account services.
8. Acceptable use
Customers may not misuse PartsPeek, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, submit fraudulent information, or use the service for unlawful activity.
