Key features
- Control Food Waste Disposer: This air switch for a garbage disposal controls your food waste disposer. Press the garbage disposal push button mounted on the sink or countertop to toggle the power status inside the power module. Compatible with AC‑powered InSinkErator garbage disposals
- Complete Accessories: Kit includes 1 power module with two grounded outlets, 1 decorative push button and ring in Satin Nickel finish, 1 optional stainless steel washer, 6 ft air tubing. The optional stainless steel washer is used for sink openings larger than 1 1/4 inch diameter
- Dual Grounded Outlets Power Module: The power module comes with two grounded outlets. You can connect the food waste disposer and a second appliance, such as an instant hot water dispenser. Note: The two outlets work on alternate action power supply, only one outlet is energized at any given time
- Working Principle from Manual: When you press the push garbage disposal switch button, electrical power switches between the two outlets. The second appliance will be momentarily interrupted to run the disposer, and power will be automatically restored when the disposer is turned off
- Mounting Requirements: Mount push button through standard sink hole or a drilled 1 1/4 inch diameter countertop hole. Countertop or sink thickness greater than 1.5 inches requires an extended air transmitter. Mount power module on cabinet wall within 3 feet of an electrical outlet and the disposer
